Haris Ibrahim Tetap Mahu Gulingkan Kerajaan Tanpa Sokongan Pakatan Rakyat

Walaupun tidak disokong pemimpin Pakatan Rakyat (katanya), Haris Ibrahim terus tunjuk gedebe. Kedegilannya memuncak.

KUALA LUMPUR: The planned street rallies aimed at toppling the government will go on, with or without Pakatan's support.

Asalkan Bukan Umno (ABU) spokesman Haris Ibrahim said the plan was not the opposition pact's initiative and they were not depending on its support to see it through.

The defiant Haris was commenting on PKR de-facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and DAP chairman Karpal Singh's recent statements that their parties were distancing themselves from a street rallies planned by ABU and Solidariti Anak Muda Malaysia (SAMM).

"This is the rakyat's initiative not Pakatan's.

"We are not depending on their support," Haris said.

ABU and SAMM hoped to gather one million people in the streets here to protest what they alleged was electoral fraud in the recently concluded 13th General Election.

The social activist had, during a forum on Monday night, allegedly called on Malaysians to take to the streets to topple the government, claiming that the results of the general election were rigged.
