KUASA KE3 - HASAN ALI TUBUH "JATI", SOKONG BN?

WSJ, 26 Jan melaporkan dalam wawancara bertajuk “Malaysia’s Anwar Presses On Despite Appeal“, Anwar telah berkata; “I support all efforts to protect the security of the state of Israel,” said Mr. Anwar, although he stopped short of saying he would open diplomatic ties with the Jewish state, a step which he said remains contingent on Israel respecting the aspirations of Palestinians”

Whose Allah is it?A thorny issue in multi-religious Malaysia, religious rows have oft evoked the most emotional response from citizens of various backgrounds. In 2007 The Herald, a Catholic newspaper, filed a suit against the government seeking to use the word Allah, arguing that the word should not exclusive to Islam. After intense public scrutiny and tense debate in the media, the court ruled in favor of The Herald. The ruling emphasized that use of the “Allah” by Christians is protected by the constitution as long as it is not used to proselytize Muslims.
Ahmad Ismail :
Hmmm.. An acquittal does neither make one not guilty nor guilty. Rather, its technical. If a person is found not guilty, the verdict would have been not guilty. Makes me wonder.. :) I would really care for your thought on this...
Ipoh Malay :
sorry for the late reply n thanks for ur thought request :) .... The word acquit itself means to release an accused person as to be innocent and yes, the court decide, let say Anwar, is found not guilty... and Anwar not doing it.. But dont get confused.. It is not that Anwar did not sodomized Saiful.. But Anwar found not guilty, found not doing it, IN A FORCING MANNER.. we ought to know that evidence, testimonies and everything available did not supports the fact that Anwar rape his aide. The justice must be thinking that this is usual gay intercourse that what we found now is likely has been legalize, unless it was done beyond alacrity and be fallen as rape.. So we now know that while Malaysian waiting the verdict as either he sodomized Saiful or not, the judge is actually think on whether that intercourse happen by forcing of one onto another or on mutual willingness. This might also the reason how Anwar was acquitted in 2004. Now u know why Ambiga is supporting Seksualiti Merdeka right? Thus, this is the clear fact that the judiciary system is actually saying, yes, Anwar did sodomize, but he was not guilty on the accusation of doing it without Saiful's willingness, as there is no valid evidence to prove that.. Tq..
In 2008, Dr Mahathir launched ABU (yes, it was Dr Mahathir who launched ABU in case you want to know). He told the UMNO members during a press conference to not vote UMNO in the 2008 general election. Vote anyone but Umno (or ABU). He met the Chinese association leaders and told them to support the opposition, especially in Penang, Abdullah Badawi’s home state, resulting in the opposition taking over that state.I don’t care whether Dr Mahathir is sincere about supporting the opposition or whether he had ulterior motives -- such as to bring Abdullah Badawi down. Dr Mahathir’s charity is not my concern. How the opposition can benefit by Dr Mahathir becoming UMNO’s enemy is. And that is what I focused on.Bacaan lanjut : Malaysia Today : Who Lost The Plot?
(Bernama) -- A DAP delegate today proposed that veteran DAP leaders make a paradigm shift and accept state or federal awards.
Sekinchan state assemblyman Ng Suee Lim said such changes were needed to show that DAP respected the royalty."The time has come for DAP veteran leaders like Karpal Singh and Dr Chen Man Hin...receive awards from rulers," he said when debating the Central Working Committee's report during the 2012 DAP Conference here Sunday. He said reasons like DAP leaders should not receive any awards when they are serving in the party, should be changed.Ng also alleged that there were DAP leaders were competing among each other to offer allocations to their respective constituencies to seek support from residents. He said it was an unhealthy practice because it would seem like money was being used to buy support and such actions must be abolished from the party.Meanwhile, DAP Secretary-General Lim Guan Eng when winding up speech on the Central Working Committee report said Pakatan Rakyat need to win 18 or one third of the 56 Parliament seats in Sabah and Sarawak to capture Putrajaya.Lim urged DAP leaders to work hard and try to gain at least 30 percent support of the Malays in their respective constituencies. In 2008, the support of the Malays towards the DAP government in Penang was 30 percent but has since increased to 40 percent, he said. The DAP conference was attended by 749 delegates and 349 observers.
